When you’re going on a trip, everyone will tell you to always take your credit card. And I would have agreed with that, until I read this article about the culture of credit cards around the globe. Who knew that in Japan (where there’s a gadget for everything) that hardly anyone pays for goods with plastic and that there are very few ATMs and merchants who take anything but cash!

Gold & The Many Ways It Can Be Eaten
